Morning peak smoothing
Heylog asks drivers 4 hours before their time slot: "Will you arrive on time?" If the answer is "No", a new slot is automatically suggested. Morning peak traffic is distributed evenly.
Container-specific check-in
For container deliveries, additional fields are requested (container number, seal, transport type). Not for FTL. Configured, not developed.
Multilingual escalation
Driver does not respond. SMS reminder is sent. If no status update after 30 minutes, a voice call is placed in the driver's language (via Voice AI). If still no status, escalation to dispatcher.
