How long does the implementation of Heylog take?

Do drivers have to install an app to use Heylog?
No! Heylog works without an app. Drivers can register directly via WhatsApp, SMS or Viber. This means 98 % driver acceptance – no training, no download necessary.
Can the software be customized?

Heylog is structured in such a way that it can handle as many use cases as possible without modifications, but only through configuration and workflows. However, if you have very individual ideas, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your individual requirements and customizations.

Is Heylog GDPR-compliant and secure?
Yes, Heylog stores all data on EU servers in compliance with the GDPR. Communication is encrypted and only the necessary data is processed to ensure secure operation.
Can Heylog be integrated with our existing system?
Yes! Heylog offers open interfaces (API) and CSV imports so that it can be easily integrated into existing TMS, ERP or farm management systems – without a major IT project.

As part of the rollout, Heylog takes care of the integration into your existing systems, for example SAP. WITHOUT setup costs, but a small monthly flat rate of approx. 200€.
